Dutch Huff grew up outside of Philadelphia attracted to the co-existing environments of woods and rhythmic urban/suburban streets. He moved to Vermont to complete his college education at Saint Michael's College where he found a home to explore and exhibit his artistic vision and ideas. The predominantly rural setting encouraged a greater appreciation of manual labor, the workplace and everyday vernacular, which have been common themes throughout his work. Huff moved to Massacusetts where he worked as a custom printer for the photographic atelier Palm Press. He currently lives back in Philadelphia working as a professional exhibiting artist and staff photographer for the architectural firm, Vitetta.
